Miramichi River Report For July 4th

[singlepic=827,520,390]
Atlantic salmon fly-fishing conditions for the Miramichi River at McNamee . The water is still almost 12 inches above normal and the cool nights are keeping the temperatures decent . We are seeing more large salmon than grilse such as this nice 34 inch hen that Steve Miller landed at Coldwater Pool .Fishing is good!

  1. Hi Keith
    My son, son in law and I were on the Upsalquitch this past week end and also caught many more salmon than grilse. We had 8 salmon in a row before two grilse, very unusual and a lot of fun for sure. Tight lines. Dale
