The Miramichi watershed, including the famous Cains River, offers some of the finest sea-run brook trout angling in the east. Early June is prime time for both the Cains and Miramichi. It is a short three to four-week season, and weather and water conditions are key. We combine salmon fishing as a backup in the event the trout are not in the mood that particular day.
