The recent rain and high water is perfect for setting the stage for the annual fiddlehead season but so far things are still slow . A few more days and especially if the air warms up we will be all set . By next weekend things should be in full swing . Fiddleheading can be a fun family adventure so we are offering discounts on cabins and maps to the good areas . We are also having a Salmon & Fiddlehead supper on May 20th so book early for this very popular Miramichi specialty . There should be good trout fishing by then as well and our cook will gladly add your catch to your plate at no extra charge .
