Miramichi River sea-run brook trout are tough to catch but as you can see in this 2009 photo the rewards are well worth the effort . Wilson’s is reporting higher than normal water height this week and temps remain cold . This is the perfect scenario for bringing in the big boys . Our best luck is fishing from a boat and hitting as many pools as possible . Cover the water quickly and keep moving . Bombers work too .
