Dear Bill, Don & Bruce, What a fantastic weekend. I am so pleased that you guy’s took advantage of the perfect water and weather conditions and really nailed it on the fishing as a result. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of fresh-run fish with sea lice still on them, and the ratio of big salmon was a real bonus too. The temptation was too great for me so as soon as you guy’s were on your way home I was on my way to Dudley Pool, and was not disappointed, two nice fat grilse both with sea lice. My dedicated fly of the season, “Green machine with white calf tail”, # 10 this time, came through again.
