Atlantic salmon fly-fishing report for the upper Miramichi as of August 28th brings all good news . The water is still at the perfect height and cool temps prevail . It is typical August fishing with mostly sluggish takes but there have been a couple of reports of fresh salmon being hooked in the area .We should see more action on bombers as water levels drop . Michelle-Marie Collin is happy with her day as she lands her first ever Atlantic salmon . Her guide Henry and Dad Serge were nearby to assist but Michelle handled the fish like a pro .
