After a crazy weekend with severe thunderstorms it is no surprise that the river is still high this morning . There are reports of a few nice trout being hooked and the occasional rocky brook salmon . Check my facebook to see a beautiful big salmon that Rodney Colford landed early last week . Rodney guides at Ledges Inn in Doaktown and as you can imagine he has made quite a stir around their camp with his success . This high water is the perfect setting as we go into the early June run .
