Wilson’s Miramichi Report for June 19th . We are happy to report that the higher than normal water continues . This is just what we need as we head into the summer season . Fish reports are still slow and it appears that most rivers are running late . We are fortunate to have the Rocky Brook and headwaters early runs on their way . The boys upriver are reporting a few hook-ups as well as a few nice salmon on the nor-west . We had good luck on the Upper Cains River reserve last evening so it looks like the sea-run trout might turn on as the water levels return to normal .
