Atlantic salmon fly-fishing conditions for the Miramichi River at McNamee for July 7th . The water is holding at an ideal level but warming up during the day . Our best luck is in the mornings , no fish hooked last evening . Based on where we are seeing fish there appears to be salmon still moving up the system during the night and early mornings . Fish are moving into the cold water now so patience and a well placed bomber is key . But two of the grilse hooked yesterday morning were up high in a run, no where near cold water .
