Fly-fishing conditions for Atlantic salmon on the Miramichi River near McNamee for June 24th . Anglers can breathe a sigh of relief , the water is up and temps are cool . It looks like rain most of this week as well . The river came up again this morning an inch or so and has cooled to the low 60’s F. One guest landed a nice grilse this morning but fishing in general is still slow , not for long though . Compare todays picture to the June 16th photo , what a difference a few inches of water can make .
