Hi folks, Wilson’s is back in service . We are excited to announce that Chef Michael Donohue is joining our team beginning this weekend , April 5th . And still on board is twenty year veteran of the Wilson kitchen , Wendy Murphy , famous for her “Red River Bread ” and many other delicious Wilson Lodge favorites . We will be offering the usual pub fair menu that so many enjoyed this past winter but added to that is an invitation from Chef Mike to come out Saturday night for his presentation of a delicious 12 onz. New York Striploin steak dinner ( 6 pm – 9 pm ). Begin with french onion soup , then a premium grade AAA steak grilled to perfection with a red wine demiglace sauce , cheddar cheese and bacon twice baked potato and butter-parsley sauteed baby carrots.
